Medical & Radiation Physics, Inc.

Alicia Smith was born and raised on the East Coast. She attended high school in Houston, TX. Once accepted to University of Texas at Austin, she moved to Austin, TX and has been there ever since. She joined Medical & Radiation Physics, Inc. (MARP) in July 2006 as the Administrator.

Before coming to MARP, she had experience working as an interdepartmental liaison. She was responsible for communication between departments. She was able to help execute complicated programs and events by taking in to consideration the strengths and weaknesses of those in different departments.

As the Administrator at MARP, her duties include accounts payable and receivable, all financials for the business and contracts with clients. As the point of contact for benefits for employees, she is intricately involved in health insurance and the retirement benefit structure.
